Scrum with MS PROJECT, a new addon for MS Project 2003/2007.

Project managers dont have to create all detailed tasks in the MS Project any more. 

All they have to do is to create the Sprints in MS PROJECT and then export the Sprints to Adept Projectshare.

When once the sprints are exported, the scrummaster & the team can create the Product backlog or detailed tasks for each sprint on a VIRTUAL REALTIME SCRUMBORD with drag and drop feature.  The projectmanager ETC (Estimate to Complete) from MS Project are always visible on the Scrumboard, so the team can always use it as reference for product backlog.
